We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers/Carers to join our team. As a Support Worker/Carer, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals in their daily lives, promoting their well-being, and fostering independence. You will work closely with clients to provide physical and emotional support, ensuring they lead fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist individuals with daily activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.

Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and caring environment.

Help clients develop essential life skills and achieve personal goals.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualised care plans, roles may involve report writing

Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress.

Provide community based support such as; respite, contact supervision, welfare checks.

Qualifications:

Health and social care level 3 qualification or equivalent, with previous experience in a similar role is preferred. We offer training and development opportunities for candidates with a passion for care giving.
